Originally built in 1902, the Western Suburb's most iconic corner pub, the Claremont Hotel was re-furbished in 2022 and opened January 16th, 2023, after a $12million makeover.
Evotec were engaged to complete the Electrical Services on this bespoke fit out. Works were undertaken within a tight construction program and completed to the clients’ high expectations.
Overview
Evotec's scope work included the supply, installation, testing & maintenance of electrical and the following associated services;
• LV Switchboards
• PFC
• Load Shedding
• Energy Management System
• Power systems
• Lighting & Emergency Lighting
• Lighting Control
• Communication
• AV infrastructure
• Dry Fire / EWIS.
Timeline
The project commenced in December 2021 and was completed in January 2023.
