Scheduling
Send the correct operative (with correct van stock) to carry out the works on the first visit. All operatives are controlled by our schedulers utilising GPRS technology to meet client requirements.
Reactive Cover
Ensure sufficient resources are available; Evotec Services offers a range of reactive callout services from critical, emergency call out, 4hr, 8hr or same day services.
Technical Support
Provide full technical support and clear escalation process for engineers, both in hours and out of hours.
Van Stock
Our bespoke software monitors both usage trends and stock levels across the fleet ensuring engineers have the correct and most up to date products and stock levels.
Out of Hours Procurement
Evotec Services has agreements in place with our suppliers to open outside of regular business hours for critical callouts, and we also have our existing warehouse stock at our disposal. This allows us to provide the best possible service to our customers.
Bespoke Software
Our in-house software is highly sophisticated and meticulously maintained to provide accurate work planning and scheduling, labor and material allocation forecasts. It can be customized to meet your specific requirements, and features authorization limits and scheduling options that keep you informed. Our fleet of vehicles is equipped with wireless GPS systems, allowing us to track them in real-time.
